Tailored Offshore Recycling Services

Wondering how we can support you? Our services range from complete project management to specific support for your team, depending on your needs. Discover how we can help you:

1. Pre-planning & Inspection

We begin by establishing a thorough recycling strategy for your offshore structure. Our team conducts an extensive Inventory of Hazardous Materials (IHM), as well as separate NORM and mercury surveys, to confirm absence of or identify and manage any hazardous substances. Next, we carefully select recycling facilities that can handle the task and comply with international standards. We prepare and send out requests for information, review and evaluate the information received, and create a shortlist of suitable yards, supported by yard audits if required.

2. Brokerage & Contracting

The legal and commercial aspects of offshore recycling can be complicated to manage, but our experts are adept at securing favorable terms of sale. We obtain offers for recycling and negotiate sales contracts that safeguard your commercial and operational interests, as well as your desired HSE standards.

3. Planning, Preparation & Delivery

Effective planning is key to successful offshore recycling. We start with reviewing the cleaning and decontamination plan that has been drafted for your offshore structure. Next, we develop or assess a Ship Recycling Plan (SRP) that outlines every detail of the process, ensuring full compliance and safety. Our team also handles the necessary waste movement notifications and assists in preparing your asset for its final journey to the recycling facility.

4. Supervision & Reporting

As your partner, we oversee the entire dismantling process: from cleaning and decontamination to recycling and waste management. Acting as your representative on-site, we ensure that all activities are carried out as planned and adhere to all environmental and safety regulations. We keep you updated through weekly reports, and upon completion, you receive a comprehensive report outlining every detail of the process.
